One flat charge, by the size of your order
Your rush charge is based on the total length of the DTF gang sheets in your order — add up every sheet’s length in inches.
Example: a 22″×150″ sheet plus a 22″×100″ sheet = 250 total inches → $50 rush.

Create your DTF gang sheet in the builder or upload a print-ready file — just like a normal order.
Add Rush at checkout
Flip on Rush My Order in your cart or at checkout. The flat charge is added automatically from your total DTF length — no codes, no back-and-forth.
We prioritize it
Order by 12 PM MT and yours jumps the queue — printed, packed, and shipped within 24 hours.
Good to know
- DTF transfers only. Rush applies to standard DTF gang sheets. UV DTF isn’t eligible for rush handling.
- Handling, not shipping. Rush speeds up how fast we print and pack your order. Shipping transit time is separate — pick a faster carrier at checkout if you need it there sooner.
- Measured by length. The tier is set by the combined length of all DTF sheets in your cart, not the number of designs.
- Beat the 12 PM MT cutoff. Rush orders placed by noon Mountain Time ship within 24 hours. Cutting it close? Contact us and we’ll confirm your ship date before you pay.
