How it works
From upload to doorstep in three steps
Drop your file
PNG with a transparent background, sized to 11″ wide × however tall you need (up to 120″). Our system reads the dimensions and quotes you instantly.
We print it
Your file goes straight to the UV DTF printer, typically the same business day.
We pack & ship
Once printed, your sheet is rolled, sleeved, and shipped via tracked USPS or UPS. No minimums, no setup fees.

Dimensions
11″ wide, between 5″ and 120″ tall. UV DTF runs on an 11″ printer, narrower than standard DTF because the decals wrap curved surfaces. Pricing starts at $5 for a 5″ sheet; longer sheets unlock lower per-inch rates.
CMYK color
We print true four-color CMYK only. Send sRGB or CMYK.
File format
PNG with transparent background, 300 DPI. Flattened, no editable layers. PNG only; other formats will be rejected at upload.
What UV DTF is for
Hard surfaces, no heat press
UV DTF is the decal you reach for when the substrate isn’t fabric. Tumblers, mugs, water bottles, candle vessels, glassware, ceramic plates, painted wood, even metal sign blanks. Peel the laminate, stick the decal onto the surface, rub it down with a card or squeegee, and pull the carrier sheet off. No heat, no special tools. It just sticks. Hand-wash only for best longevity.

Common UV DTF questions
What surfaces does UV DTF work on?
Tumblers, mugs, glassware, ceramic, hard plastic, metal sign blanks, painted or sealed wood, candle vessels. Anything smooth and non-porous. Not for fabric. Use our DTF gang sheets for apparel instead.
Do I need a heat press?
No. UV DTF is cold-apply: peel the laminate, stick the decal on the surface, rub it down with a card or squeegee, then pull the carrier sheet off. No heat needed.
How should I wash my finished item?
Hand wash only. Not microwave-safe. The metallic substrate underneath the print can spark. With proper care, your decal will last for years.
How big can my sheet be?
11″ wide is fixed (our UV printer width). Length runs from 5″ to 120″. Anything longer needs to be split into multiple sheets; reach out via contact if you have a big run.
How fast do you ship?
Orders placed by 12 PM AZ time ship Monday through Friday within 72 hours. Faster shipping methods are available at checkout. Tracked USPS / UPS shipping; typical transit is 2–5 business days nationwide.
