Their chat support is so easy to use, team members respond promptly, and they are so kind. They sent me the correct item after I provided proof that what I received wasn’t what I ordered. It was the smoothest exchange I’ve ever experienced. Really appreciate the chat function, it feels more personable rather than the monotony of email. Aside from the mix up, I love the designs the shop puts out! Kind of wish these came in a smaller size so customers can match their preferences. The sleeves themselves are well made and work perfectly. Hoping for more designs to come out soon!!
