A gang sheet is one big DTF transfer with all your designs arranged together on a single 22″ wide sheet. You pay by the inch, so packing more designs onto one sheet means lower cost per design. Cut each design out, press it onto your garment, then peel the film back — one by one.

How is the price calculated?
Pricing is tiered by sheet length, so the more you order, the more you save. All sheets are 22″ wide.

What sheet sizes do you offer?
22″ wide is fixed. Length runs from 5″ all the way up to 150″. You pick the length at checkout, or let our builder size it automatically based on the designs you upload.
Build vs. upload: which should I pick?
Build if you have individual design PNGs and want us to handle the layout. Upload if you’ve already arranged everything in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Procreate and just need it printed as-is. Both ship at the same speed.
What file format do you need?
PNG with a transparent background, 300 DPI at the size you want printed, 22″ wide max. RGB or CMYK both work; we’ll convert to our CMYK press profile. Avoid JPEGs (no transparency), lines thinner than 1pt, and neon or fluorescent effects unless your file uses halftones.
How do I cut and separate my designs?
Use scissors or a paper trimmer to cut each design from the sheet before pressing. Trim close to the artwork edges. You don’t need to follow every contour, just remove the surrounding film and you’re ready to press.
How fast do orders ship?
Standard production is 72 hours. Add a Rush Order at checkout for same-day or next-business-day handling. Free USA shipping on orders over $100.
What press settings should I use?
- 300°F (149°C) for 10-15 seconds using medium to heavy pressure.
- Allow the product to cool to the touch and cold peel.
- Using a teflon sheet, do a second press for 10 seconds; this ensures the edges of the designs are seated.
