Cotton: 300°F for 10–15s, medium–heavy pressure. Polyester: 285°F for 10s, medium–heavy pressure. Cold peel once cool, then re-press 10s with a teflon sheet to seat the edges. Full guide: application instructions.

Wait 24 hours before first wash. Machine wash cold inside-out, tumble dry low, no bleach. Iron only on the reverse side.

The gang sheet was great, per the usual! Packing is always great and the transfers are very good quality. The only downfall for me is the shipping timeframes. I placed this order first thing in the morning on 7/14 and I didn’t receive the delivery until mid-afternoon on 7/25 so that’s a 11-12 day turnaround. I know shipping timeframes can vary and a lot of times things happen that are out of the producers control so I wouldn’t fault Teddy Transfers for that; just wanted others who may need transfers immediately to be aware.

I like Teddy Transfers and use them for my small business. The quick turnaround period is one of their best features. My experience with customer service has always been pleasant and their quick response is also another great quality of this company. In my experience, the quality of their transfers really varies on the type of artwork submitted. Gradients, small text, white objects, & large solid full color do not perform well and end up being a poor transfer. With these types of artwork, the design would only transfer partially and would render unsellable shirts. However, i don’t believe this is on teddy transfers, it’s more of an artwork / DTF limitation itself. Large solid designs could end up feeling papery, so I avoid that with DTF. Designs that have thick text, large vectors and large distressed artwork work beautifully with Teddy Transfers. Smooth and very soft. Constructive criticism wise, I would say Teddy Transfers should have a more detailed artwork guideline (besides the line point guideline) on their website and gang sheet ordering page. This would help small businesses, especially new startups, avoid placing an order with artwork that’s not DTF compatible. A more clear artwork guide and even an artwork review prior to printing would be beneficial to the paying customer so they don’t waste money on faulty designs and Teddy Transfer would not have to waste printing material on refunds or reprints. In short, I would recommend Teddy Transfers for DTF compatible art.

Teddy has been our go to for custom orders. We notice with the thinner line designs are not sticking to the garments. Our past order we had to redo all 33 shirts because one of the words would not stick. This has happened with last 4 orders. In the future we will have to make sure to only send thick line designs or readjust before sending.

In the first gang builder effort – the gang builder was a bit buggy. The “view percentage changer” was in the URL above (???). I was able to change the submitted images ‘midstream’ and fixed the gang print. The second order – the gang builder was operating much better and I had a much easier time of it. The DTF’s are working fine and I’m having to arrange the sales outlets. I’m a fifty year Fine Art Screen printer and I have some iconic images that HAVE to be T-shirts through the local tourist trade. I’m experienced in wholesale production – not retail sales.
